Every order is printed just for you, so it takes about 2–5 business days to make, then standard shipping time on top of that (usually a few days to 2 weeks depending on where you are in the world).
Different products are made at different facilities, so if you ordered, say, a tee and a print together, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Totally normal — nothing's missing!
Email me within 10 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number, and I'll get it sorted — usually a free reprint or refund. Printful covers manufacturing errors at no cost to you.
Because everything is made to order, I unfortunately can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing mistakes. Please double-check size guides before ordering!
