How Long It Takes

Your order goes through two stages:

  • Production: 2–7 business days (printed, packed, picked up by the carrier)
  • Shipping: depends on where you are

Rough delivery estimates after production:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • US: 3–7 business days
  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Plan for 1–3 weeks from order to doormat. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Ships From Wherever's Closest

My fulfilment partner has facilities all over the world — including Brisbane, Melbourne, the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Brazil. Your order is automatically printed at the facility closest to you, so it gets there faster, cheaper, and with a smaller carbon footprint.

Multiple Items?

If you order more than one tee, they might ship separately from different facilities. You'll get a tracking number for each, and you won't pay extra for the split.

Something Wrong?

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, email me within 30 days at jess@jessacreates.com with a photo and I'll sort a replacement or refund.

FAQ

Find the most frequently asked questions below.

  • Every order is printed just for you, so it takes about 2–5 business days to make, then standard shipping time on top of that (usually a few days to 2 weeks depending on where you are in the world).

  • Different products are made at different facilities, so if you ordered, say, a tee and a print together, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Totally normal — nothing's missing!

  • Email me within 10 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number, and I'll get it sorted — usually a free reprint or refund. Printful covers manufacturing errors at no cost to you.

  • Because everything is made to order, I unfortunately can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing mistakes. Please double-check size guides before ordering!

  • Totally normal! That's leftover from the printing process and disappears after the first wash. Promise your shirt is fine.

  • First, check with your neighbours and your local post office — couriers sometimes leave parcels in odd spots. If it still doesn't turn up after 48 hours, message me with your order number.

  • If the order hasn't gone into production yet, yes — message me ASAP. Once it's printed and shipped, I can't change the destination, and re-shipping a returned parcel costs extra.

  • Printful runs facilities in the US, Mexico, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Your order ships from whichever facility is closest to you, which keeps shipping fast and emissions lower.
